Read about our website design process I wanted in writing to thank you for all your help in the design and build of our site, with which we are both really pleased. We are aware, in particular, that it 'grew like Topsy', and your completion of a site involving well over twice the anticipated number of pages on a tight timescale was remarkable. Our own unfamiliarity with the process did not make this an easy mission for you, particularly as it meant things changing as we learnt about them, but your patience and your enthusiastic, calm and professional support never wavered. We were impressed by your responsiveness and enthusiasm, not only as the project evolved, at great speed and working very late hours, but also to the image we wanted for the company. In particular, your idea of utilising one of the pictures which you had helped us to source in combination with our strapline was fantastic.
