Virtuallee Web Services was started by Lee in 2002. She is originally from South Africa and has been living in London for over 15 years.
Prior to web site design, she started a clothing design, production and management business in Cape Town, South Africa, supplying various retailers and franchisees. She sold the business in 1998 when her husband was appointed to a Corporate Finance position in London.
Through the running of the business she found that the design (garment and graphic design) and self-management aspects especially appealed to her. In 2002, she moved into web site design and development as she felt it incorporated the best of both worlds - design and the ability to manage a self contained business.
We're a team
While Lee focuses on website design, development of XHTML and PHP websites, email newsletters and project management, Nick and Nick focus on E-commerce and database driven web sites and Paul focuses on Content Management Systems. They've been working together for years and have completed many successful projects.
